We understand that arranging care for yourself or a loved one is an important decision, which is why we aim to make our care fees simple and easy to understand. Our personalised home care services are tailored to each Client’s individual needs, helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes across Cornwall.
Weekday Home Care Visits - £35 per hour
Our weekday care visits can include multiple tasks within the same visit, such as:
Personal care
Meal preparation
Household support
Companionship
Medication assistance
A minimum of 1 hour per visit applies for home care visits.
Couples- minimum of 2 hours per visit at standard rate
Weekend Home Care Visits - £37.50 per hour
Weekend care provides the same high level of personalised support with flexible care tailored to your needs.
Sleeping Night Care - £222 per night
Sleeping night support offers reassurance and assistance overnight while helping Clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Bank Holiday Care Fees - £52.50 – £56.25 per hour
Bank Holiday care is charged at an enhanced rate due to increased staffing demand and holiday working arrangements.
Festive Period Care Fees - £70-£75 per hour
The enhanced festive rates apply during:
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
New Year’s Day
Please note: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 5pm are charged at the Bank Holiday rate.
Additional Support Fees
Health Related Meetings - £75 per meeting
This may include attending:
Hospital meetings
Care reviews
Health assessments
Multi-disciplinary meetings
Mileage Charges - 45p per mile
Mileage is charged from the previous visit and includes journeys completed with or on behalf of the Client.
Set Up Fee - £100 one-off fee
A one-off set up fee applies when arranging care services. This covers:
Initial assessments
Care planning
Administration
Personalised support arrangements
Minimum Care Requirements
To ensure continuity and high-quality support:
A minimum of 4 hours of care per week is required.
Couples care is available with a minimum of 2 hour per visit charged at the standard hourly rate.
